Adult baseball players can come in and participate in our Training Classes during the lunch hour throughout the week to help keep their skill sets sharp. One of our certified instructors will lead the class and focus on hitting, fielding, and arm strengthening/maintenance.

*Class days and times will be on the schedule. Please be sure to enroll in the class ahead of time to insure your spot.

*The membership will refresh each month on the day of the month that you started your membership. If you would like your membership to begin on the date of the first workout you schedule, please attempt to enroll in that particular workout and follow the checkout process.

A minimum number of students are required to be registered for this class. If attendance falls below a pre-determined threshold the class may be discontinued.
