Majors Training Program


Preparation for Competition...

is the focus of the Majors Training Program.  Curriculum is shifted from fundamentals to becoming competitive, skilled athletes that will excel on the field.  Statistics are tracked for each player to monitor improvements, and strength training is implemented to encourage fitness, and help reflexes.

  • 11-12  year olds
  • Each season runs a certain amount of weeks. 
  • Every season will focus on a per-determined curriculum that is seasonally based.
