Preparation is a Key...

component to what makes the middle school training group effective.  Improvement of skill occurs with a structured lesson plan for the 9-14 weeks of this program.The hope for the future is that all of those enrolled end up on a high school team as competive and discplined athletes.

  • 13 to 14  year olds
  • Each season runs a certain amount of weeks. 
  • Every season will focus on different aspects on the curriculum:
