Ages: 7-17

Bring-a-friend: Academy Members can bring a non-member friend for free.  (The friend must separately enroll and pay a refundable $25 No-Show fee).  Make sure your friend lists your last name when enrolling in the "How Did You Hear About Us" field.

We are thrilled that MLB Veteran, Andy Fox, will be joining us.

Andy brings 28 years of professional baseball experience, 17 as a player, and 11 as a minor league field coordinator, minor league manager, and major league coach.  He has been part of three World Series title teams, the ’96 Yankees, ’03 Marlins as a player, and ’13 Red Sox as Minor League Infield Coordinator.  

Andy signed a professional baseball contract out of Christian Brothers High School in 1989 after being drafted in the 2nd round by the New York Yankees.


What to Bring and Wear:

Wear: Baseball attire and athletic cup. No metal spikes.

Equipment:  Students should bring their own fielding glove(s).


Defensive Baseball Camp - We will cover:

  • in-fielding,
  • out fielding,
  • middle infield play &
  • corner infield play

**We may use this event to evaluate players and consider them for placement on our spring teams.

The staff at WBA include former MLB players, current College Coaches, and former College players.  

Our instruction is unprecedented, as is our scheduling process and overall experience at WBA for parents and players alike.  Players, youth to professional, come from all over the country to train at WBA.  Players from other local travel and competitive teams train with us on a consistent basis as well.
